How to Pay Your Bill. Access our water services from anywhere by dialling *888# on your mobile phone. Customers who would like to pay their bills through personal cheques/credit/debit cards can do so at the CBD office, along Kenyatta Avenue. We further advices customers not to pay bills through our staff.
